Of the nine variables measured by SIEQ, seven were targeted for improvment in our
organization. Prior to and during a two state merger, information from the initial SIEQ
provided our management team the information needed to continue improvment in these
seven areas and to quikly integrate the many teams.
-- Regence Blue Shields Idaho and Utah
Over a several year period, the team building workshops of Sanlok Systems integrated
the multiple levels and functions within the city. Information from the SIEQ pointed
to areas in which discussion, in fact, led to subsequent performance improvement.
